I hold space for women to return to their body as a sacred, sensing place.

My medicine lives in the space where body, breath, nervous system, ritual, and feminine restoration meet - a gentle invitation back into presence, softness and soma.

Through somatic guidance, bodywork, yoga, sound healing, ceremony and sacred touch, I create experiences that support women in slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with the wisdom already living within them. My offerings are rooted in the belief that healing does not always ask us to do more, but often asks us to feel more, to listen more deeply, and to remember the safety of being fully present in our own bodies.

I am deeply devoted to creating spaces where women feel seen, held and safe enough to unravel - to exhale, to release, to be witnessed in transition, tenderness and becoming.
